I took my kids here because the website made it sound like it was a good spot for families, but once we got there it felt different. The staff seemed kind of annoyed with us, and the noise level was a lot to deal with. I was confused because the website gave one impression, but the actual experience didn’t really match. We ended up leaving frustrated.

I’ve been here a few times, it feels inconsistent to me. Sometimes the visit is totally fine, but other times the food comes out messy or takes way too long. I get that every place can have an off day, but when it keeps happening, it makes it hard for me to feel confident going back.

I was disappointed with this visit. The food came out all over the place, some parts were burnt while other parts were still cold. It felt like the chef didn’t really know what he was doing, and that part was weird. Definitely not somewhere I’d be in a hurry to go back to.

The food took forever to come out, it’s not even about that as much as the fact that nobody seemed to care or check in with us. I get that places get busy, but a little communication would’ve made a big difference

We waited forever just to get refills, and the staff kept walking right past us like we weren’t even there. it was ridiculous.

I went to HuHot recently, or maybe it was last weekend i can’t remember, but the protein selection just wasn’t great. There wasn’t much variety, and some of it looked like it had already been picked over for a while. For the price, I expected a little more to choose from. It’s hard to really enjoy the bowl when the main part of it feels so limited...

I went in during dinner and the whole thing just felt off. The line didn’t really make sense, people were kind of cutting in, and some orders were just sitting there waiting. The staff seemed confused too. It took way longer than it should have just to get food, and by the end I was over it. Not really worth the hassle.

My first impression was disappointing, and it didn’t really get better from there. For what I paid, I expected a lot more. It just didn’t feel worth the money.

Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I felt like there just weren’t many options to choose from. I kept looking around thinking I might be missing something, but the selection seemed limited to me.

It looked like the same grill space and tools were being used for pretty much everything, and I noticed sauces dripping around and food getting mixed near the line. When I asked about it, the response felt rushed, almost like I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of someone with a real concern. It reminded me of dealing with one of those automated phone systems where you keep trying to explain the issue and nobody actually listens. If you have allergies or avoid certain foods, I personally wouldn’t feel safe eating here. Maybe it was just this location, but I won’t be going back

I was disappointed with my order because they ended up giving me the wrong sides, and on top of that, they completely left out my chicken. I was really looking forward to the meal, so it was frustrating to get home and realize that not only were the sides not what I asked for, but the main item I ordered wasn’t even there. Mistakes happen, but this one kind of ruined the whole meal for me

I was hoping for way more customization options, but there just really aren’t many. It got kind of annoying quickly because I kept wanting to adjust little things and couldn’t. Maybe I’m just picky about stuff like that, I’m the same way with my phone layout and even my coffee order, so who knows. But yeah, if you like being able to personalize things, this felt bare-bones.

My food showed up cold, and there were items missing from the order. it felt like a preventable issue if the order had just been checked before it went out. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I have a food allergy, so I did the common-sense thing and checked the information before ordering. Even then, it felt confusing and not clear enough to make me comfortable. I also didn’t get the sense that cross contact was being taken as seriously as it should be.

I ended up barely eating because I was too worried, which defeats the purpose of going out for a meal. If you have serious allergies, I’d be very cautious here. For me, it just wasn’t worth the stress

The place was way louder than I expected, and it felt kind of messy overall. It seemed like everything was moving a little too fast, so it was hard to really settle in and enjoy dinner. I’d say the vibe just wasn’t very relaxing.

I was disappointed with the veggie selection. A lot of the basic stuff wasn’t even there, and the veggies they did have didn’t look super fresh. For a place where you’re supposed to build your own bowl, I expected way more options. It just wasn’t really worth it for me

Went in for dinner the place just felt kind of messy. The tables had that sticky feel, there was food on the floor, and the sauce area was all over the place with this and that everywhere. The staff was fine enough, but the cleanliness really made it hard to enjoy the meal. I don’t think I’d go back
